Galactic Football League fans will definitely want to check out Duane’s Pick of the Week, Scott Sigler novella, The Reporter. For those following GFL, this story takes place between weeks 3 - 6 of Galactic Football League Book 3: The All-Pro.
The Reporter is a murder mystery centering around Ionath Krakens player Ju Tweedy. Tweedy once played for OS1 Orbiting Death, but was forced to flee after facing a murder accusation. Tweedy, however, has always maintained his innocence, and Galaxy Sports Magazine reporter Yolanda Davenport is determined to find the truth. Is Tweedy a murderer or did someone frame him? You’re going to have to get The Reporter to find out!
Duane notes that while this is a different type of Galactic Football League story, it’s just as entertaining as the content GFL fans have come to expect. In particular, “great acting from Nora Achrati, Joe Mallon, Eva Wilhelm and Michael Glenn” makes this one a stand-out release.
