21st Century Dirge features the iconic voice of William S. Burroughs talking about proposition 6. A bill in the 1960's to outlaw homosexuality. Burroughs goes on to say that this bill is backed by fundamentalists who go after "the whole tamale" including, jews blacks, and any other minority groups that can be relegated to inferior status, or simply wiped out altogether.
I was reading a book by Erich Fromm while creating this particular Tonepoem, and the following stood out as being relevant to the idea that America will collapse because of a war on minorities.

What people think and feel is rooted in their character and their character is molded by the total configuration of their practice of life -- more precisely, by the socioeconomic and political structure of their society. In societies ruled by a powerful minority which holds the masses in subjection, the individual will be so imbued with fear, so incapable of feeling strong or independent, that his religious experience will be authoritarian. Whether he worships a punishing, awesome God or a similarly conceived leader makes little difference. On the other hand, where the individual feels free and responsible for his own fate, or among minorities striving for freedom and independence, humanistic religious experience develops.

When taken in context with everything that Ernest Jones says about Nazi Quizlingism, one can hope our current militancy will reach it's mighty head of a negative ... * solution, just as Socrates had noted, and in all fairness Johnathan Swift also talks about, though not with the candour that the Canterbury tales do, provided you have a collection published before the 1970's :).
* the "..." is called an ellipses and I am using it in Swifts highly recommended fashion of providing a smudge spot. A missing word if you will :). A point of revisionism, decided upon by Sophist theology, all for the greater concern of the greater happiness for the largest mass of unindividuated co-dependent thick-headed culture of control freaks and liberal fascists. To know what lies under this little smudge spot -- Put there by Our Betters -- the wiser and more illuminated ignoramus's; simply get Ernest Jones's lovely Two volume set "Psycho-Myth, Psycho-History" off of ebay, and read it; or follow me, and when I finally go to reread it I might see the exact quote and page number, and I might very well post it somewhere.
