Today, we journey with the Israelites as they build the Tabernacle. Despite complaining about not having enough, the Israelites offer their resources and skills with open hands and willing hearts to construct something magnificent. What a powerful image: a community so moved by God’s mission that “everyone whose heart was stirred,” “everyone whose spirit was willing,” and “everyone who could make an offering” contributed generously.
Pastor Reeves will preach from portions of Exodus 35 and 36, inviting us to consider how we might use what we have to create something beautiful for God.
