Description

He studied photography at the Luis Buñuel Institute. In 2001 he began his exhibition career, which has continued uninterruptedly up to the present day. During this time he has participated in different exhibitions in places as diverse as Cite Universitaire Paris, Festival Kunstbunker Croatia, Afordable Art Fair London, Madrid Foto, Estampa or PhotoEspaña.

In 2018 he received the scholarship "Master of photography of author of the Centro de Fotografía Contemporánea de Bilbao".
Parallel to his photographic career, he develops another musical career with the pianist Verónica R. Galán, under the pseudonym of Galgo. the pseudonym of Galgo. This is an instrumental project with an abstract vocation, in which organic ambient and organic organic ambient and soundtracks cohabit in a natural way. He is also an active member of the band band Fee Reega and shares the audio-visual project Monochrome with producer Oscar Mulero.

He has been co-director of the first three editions of the Audiovisual Encounter Trendelenburg in Gijón, curator for Laboral Centro de arte y Creación Industrial and coordinator of the artistic project Métete in Gardens.

At the end of 2022 he self-published his second photobook "Antiguas Estrellas Heladas" which was selected by the platform "Photo art books" as one of the 20 best international photobooks of the year.
He currently co-directs the Framily record label and the Mirror Festival.
