Description

I was born in 83, as a child I was fascinated by the pictures in the church of one of the schools where I studied, I think that brought me closer to thinking about the symbols within the pictures. I started a degree in Audiovisual Communication in Lima, I left because I didn't feel comfortable in the education system at that time. I travelled for several years, working and joining independently in photography. When I lived in BCN I entered the Institut d'Estudis Fotografics de Catalunya, there I found what I was looking for without knowing it, teachers who taught me to look at photography as an excuse to understand life.
After a long period outside my country I returned to the jungle to heal an illness thanks to traditional Amazonian medicine, after that I went to live in Cusco, the place of origin of my paternal family. Here I rediscovered photography through the upbringing of my son, I became aware of my place in the world and from there I photographed.
