With a focus on questions of representation and subjectivity, Salvi Danés (b. 1985, Barcelona) employs a documentary approach, capturing the existing scenes he encounters, before playing with the diverse possible readings of the narratives depicted. He combines his personal projects with assignments and editorial orders. He works in photography teaching at various national visual arts schools.
