The title of last week’s show was Alberta’s Most Valuable Export, Rory Linkletter...well forgive us now, because we obviously skipped over another runner who could vie for that title, a runner who was the 2017 Sr. Women’s National XC Champion, a member of the team racing at the 2019 World XC Championship, and someone who is currently attending medical school in Edmonton. Claire Sumner, joins us on the show this week to talk about finding familiarity in unexpected places, making the move across the country from Queens to Edmonton, getting her coaching online as a Physi Kult member and hopefully lowering her half marathon PB in Houston this weekend.
