Marco Arop, a man who goes to Mississippi State and calls Edmonton home, has done so much, in such little time. Last year he placed 2nd at NCAAs, won a national championship, upsetting powerhouse Brandon McBride in the process, and finally capped off a great season taking silver at the NACAC games, all in the 800m. Marco joins us this week to talk about his season so far, his big break out year last year, what recovery means to him, and what to expect from him going forward.
