The 44th release on Darin Epsilon’s Perspectives Digital sees the exciting debut of Phil Martyn on the label. The Manchester based talent is already a familiar name for many in the industry with his involvement behind the scenes as Paul Oakenfold’s A&R for Perfecto. He also hosts the monthly Perfecto Black radio show which invites the biggest names in the scene as guests on the program.
Phil has been rapidly gaining recognition under his Philthy Chit alias with releases on Perfecto, Black Hole, and Bonzai Progressive. His two new productions titled ‘Midnight’ and ‘Come On’ showcase his versatility and love for deeper progressive sounds. No doubt great things are in store for this promising young artist.
Few names could be a better choice to remix Phil than his idol Petar Dundov. The Croatian producer is amongst the brightest stars in the industry, consistently producing quality electronic music for the past 20 years. Following a powerful remix of ‘Outliers’ by Darin Epsilon & Cid Inc last year, Petar brings a sophisticated edge to ‘Midnight’ with complex melodies and slow-burning, hypnotic progressions.
Kastis Torrau is one of our regular names here on Perspectives. His remix of ‘Come On’ might just be his best production on the label to date. The Lithuanian producer delivers yet another bullseye, transforming the original with his trademark deep and moody vibes. The dancefloor is sure to experience an emotional moment or two at the hands of this expert.
