"Who are we in our beingness? We are beings who can call each other brother and sister, because we're human," Father Perry tells us in his homily for the 11th episode of our Advent podcast. "We're ready to meet the Lord right now. If we only meet the Lord in the Mass today, shame on us, because he's in our neighbor, he's in our friends, he's in our enemies. And when we are in touch with our human beingness, then we will discover the foundation that should illuminate everything and everyone that we come into contact with today."
