"We are the ones anointed by God to bring his Son, Jesus Christ, into the world. Do we recognize that?" Father Perry tells us in his homily for our third episode of our Sunday Homilies podcast, on the Third Sunday of Advent. "That's what Christmas is really about. Because just in one single word, it should come like a flash — Emmanuel. Emmanuel is God with us. And we're going to eat and drink that — God with us. So we could say, 'God within us.' And God within us who we will give to others."
