"This is the question that looms out at us: How many loaves do you have? That's the question Jesus has," Father Perry tells us for the third episode of our Advent podcast. "I would propose to you that our answer must be the same: 'I have seven, Lord. But I'm telling you, I'm limited, I'm a sinner.' We're complete on one level, but we're lacking. The loaves that you and I are talking about, as we relate it to these scriptures, is this reality inside and out. We give to God what we've got. We give to Jesus Christ what we've got. All we gotta do is honestly give to the Lord what we've got, what we need, and then trust that he's going to do something there."
