"You know, when we refuse to forgive, the one that is hurting the most is the person who refuses to forgive," Monsignor Adolfo Valdivia Aguirre of Unbound tells us for the 16th episode of our Lenten podcast. "The person who does not forgive is the person that is a prisoner that is not free. Let us have the courage, really, and the wisdom to say, 'Enough is enough. I have lived in a prison and I am the prisoner.' Once we forgive ourselves, and have the courage and the guts to forgive the other, we are set free, and we will begin, once again, to celebrate life."
