"How does one come to know that they are chosen by God, loved by God personally and completely, even when they're in sin?" Father Perry asks us for the 32nd episode of our Lenten podcast. "How does one come to know that? Simply because they say it? I don't think so. How would you describe that you know you are a son or a daughter of God? Just because we're baptized, doesn't mean that we have yet claimed and understood our relationship with God. Do you and I believe — seriously, with all our heart — that God has made a covenant with us in baptism, that we are truly his sons, his daughters, that we have a relationship that's unbreakable, a bond that is made in God's name?"
