"Maybe at the grocery store, or a stranger at a bus stop, or someone in line at the market or bank. Or someone on a bench at the park, there to watch his or her grandchild play soccer. You initiate a conversation, because you never know how much good it will do, how much it can change their life. And what a difference one small act of kindness on your part will make in another person's life."
