"If your faith was the size of a tiny mustard seed, you could tell that mulberry tree over there to jump into the ocean, and it would obey you," Father Perry D. Leiker, pastor, tells us for the 43rd episode of our Sunday Homilies podcast. "Exaggeration? Jesus is making a point. The point is that with faith — and open to the possibility of faith — things can grow in incredible ways. When we've done all that's expected of us in the Gospel, we should just say, 'We're here to serve.' We're servants of the Lord. It requires us, though, that we love the Lord. It requires of us that we believe in the Lord's words and want to do them."
