A man blasted his led flashlight into my car at a public beach, said he was “neighborhood watch” when i asked what his problem was he tried to pepper spray me, then went into his house saying hell be back with something and ill “be sorry” all whilst taking my license plates and assumingely “calling me in to the authorities”… some over confident sr. citizen attempted arrest for no crime or wrong doing what so ever.
