Our SYNC series of classic mixes that vanished off the internet continues with the third mix in this series from Paul Johnson, this one a 5 Mag original. A reader named Anthony alerted us to this mix's disappearance from the internet last year — an email that pretty much lead to the start of this series.
This was originally posted a few days before Christmas in December 2010 as part of 5 Mag's New Mix Monday series. Paul always came through with a request and was able to drop a mix like this at a moment's notice, sometimes starting up the turntables when he was still on the phone. This is the soulful side of Paul Johnson in full effect.
The mix disappeared from the internet sometime around 2016, first in the Great SoundCloud Purges, then a server move and is restored here for the first time since.
