As we strive to reach further across the globe, our latest release comes in the form of Köschk, hailing from Lebanon with his monumental two-track EP: Opium.
'I wanted to move beyond myself to serve a greater purpose and vision, by mixing dreamlike but vivid sounds to help individuals in the crowd feel more comfortable and connected with myself and each other'. With his perfect combination of progressive abstract sounds, the man has delivered exactly that.
We were immediately drawn to the power behind each record, thoroughly balanced across the board with each composition delving into the raw potential of Köschk as an artist. His detailed descriptions of the intentions he produced, only furthered our belief in each record, 'I wanted the listener to slip into a luxurious dream of smoke while hearing the sound of the dreamer chanting'.
