Jeff Gordon is a senior lecturer at the University of Sydney Law School, who specialises in free speech and judicial federalism. His work spans public and private law, exploring free expression, judicial federalism, speech torts, non-disclosure agreements, and equitable relief. Jeff's scholarship is published in leading law journals in Australia and the United States, and his work has been cited by a Justice of the High Court of Australia. In 2023, Jeff received the Australian Legal Research Award (ECR Article/Chapter) for his work on protest and the COVID-19 pandemic.
