Professor Mary Crock is Professor of Public Law and member of the Sydney Centre for International Law at the University of Sydney. Her expertise spans immigration, citizenship and refugee law, disability rights, administrative and constitutional law, public international law, particularly human rights and international refugee law, and comparative law. Her publications include leading texts on Australian immigration and refugee law and ground-breaking work on the intersections between disability, migration and human rights which she has presented to the United Nations. Professor Crock was recently recognised in the 2025 edition of ‘The Best Lawyers in Australia’ for her work on immigration law.
