IN ME SALVATION’S MEANS AND END ARE ONE.
What is the world searching for? What are we all yearning for?
We all want release from pain and suffering; Release from anger and guilt.
We want PEACE, and Safety; Happiness and a sense of purpose and belonging.
In Today’s Lesson I am learning that “I was created as the thing I seek.”
In searching for release of pain and the hope of happiness I have looked outside myself thinking it was there. Thinking there WAS something outside of myself.
And now I hear HIS Guidance echo in my Heart ~ SEEK NOT OUTSIDE YOURSELF.
He tells us in the TEXT:
“No one who comes here but must still have hope, some lingering illusion, or some dream that there is something outside of himself that will bring happiness and peace to him.
If everything is in him, this cannot be so.
“And therefore by his coming, he denies the truth about himself and seeks for something more than everything, as if a part of it were separated off and found where all the rest of it is not."

And so, I AM that which I AM seeking. What COULD there be - outside of EVERYTHING.
The URTEXT tells us:
The soul KNOWS that the consciousness of all its brothers is included in its own, as IT is included in God.
And so HE reminds us in our lesson :

“What could conflict, when all the parts have but one purpose and one aim?
How could there be a single part that stands apart, or one of more or less importance than the rest?
I am the goal the world is searching for.”
As the Son of God, I am the Totality of Creation. I am HIS SON and I AM still as God created me.
At One with my Brothers and One with my Source. UNITED, Whole and complete.
When I open to WHO I AM as the Son of God and Acknowledge that Truth, that is Salvation.
I am saved from the idea that I was separate from my Brothers and from God.

Everything I think and say and do is based on Who I think I AM.
And so what is my True Identity?
Am I a separate being, struggling in a world of other separate beings, grasping to survive, hoping to find some shred of happiness?
Or AM I One with my Source, an irreplaceable Thought in the Mind of God ~ AT One with the changeless LOVE that created me.
“Father, I was created in Your Mind, a holy Thought that never left its home. I am forever Your Effect, and You forever and forever are my Cause.”

When I accept WHO I AM, then I have accepted the Atonement; I have accepted the truth.
I have therefore released all thoughts that are untrue and come to know my True IDENTITY.
I AM that which I am seeking, and saved from all I thought I was.
Now with Love in me, as me, I have no need but to extend it.
This is our Lesson’s Prayer today:
Let me today, my Father, take the role
You offer me in Your request that I
accept Atonement for myself. For thus
does what is thereby reconciled in me
become as surely reconciled to You.
