At the place where deep sexy house meets high-octane energy is where you’ll find Ted Kasprow’s sound. Having spent part of his childhood in Florida, his music has taken the influence of Latin American and African fusion, which has developed into a very unique blend of deep house and melodic percussions. He has seen a very successful collaborative album, the bombshell EP, which was released on all blak records, climbing up to number 29 on the beatport top 100 charts. Ted has since released his first solo EP, titled Lover’s Empathy, on Art Vibes Music. Ted has been pushing himself with his productions, with a slate to be released in 2017.
Tchera:
Growing up in Italy, Tchera was influenced by varying types of music from a very early age. Upon moving to Toronto, Tchera began to pick up different musical instruments including drums and guitar. After forming a rock band in the late 2000s, He began to transition to electronic music after attending some of the best festivals and events all over the world. Being inspired by many Toronto locals, Tchera is consistently evolving his sound. With the help of Ted Kasprow, they have also formed METWRK and are beginning to throw events in Toronto.
