Meditation has a slew of benefits including reduced stress, enhanced focus, less risk of cardiovascular disease, and emotion regulation just to name a few. But often it's not enough to know the benefits to have us move toward a regular practice. We want to see and feel the positive consequences in our lives! With consistent practice, that's entirely possible! Choosing a practice is just a small part of the process, however. You're bound to have buckets of questions about what you're doing, why you're doing it, how you're supposed to it, and what happens while you're doing it!
