Michelle Gomes (formerly Michelle Shepherd) has earned pro status in figure and fit body competition, went on to win multiple pro world championships, nailed a big NPC Nationals win to become an IFBB Pro Figure Competitor. Michelle is equally successful as a coach, helping clients climb the career ladder from first shows to the professional stage, but she also loves helping soccer moms, executives, and neighbors build their best physiques and improve their health.
