The secret to real immortality stems from your Godly soul. Just as Hashem is immortal so are our souls that are a part of him. On the contrary our physical bodies are but earth and water and to the earth they shall return. We have a choice,we can base our lives on the soul or the body. We can choose immortality or mortality. If you live your souls true potential you will take it with you to Olam Haba (world to come). If you decide to live your body all the way you will surely join it in the grave in a mortal ending. The choice lays in your hands and by your free choice!
