Rusty decides to do his 'cast today by faith - not really knowing the direction the Spirit would lead. As typical, the Lord fills the time with encouragement to have us expect from Him the Vision that is beyond our limited perspective - all possible when we spend quality time with Him in humility - electing to receive.
