Info: Seit fast 30 Jahren mische ich meine DJ-Sets vorwiegend mit Vinyl. Zusätzlich nutze ich Serato DJ in Verbindung mit Timecode-Vinyl. Diese Kombination ermöglicht es mir, digitale Musik auf einem Plattenspieler zu mixen, genau wie Schallplatten. Dabei greife ich nicht auf die Sync-Funktion zurück - das Mixing bleibt genauso präzise wie bei herkömmlichen Schallplatten, und das authentische Gefühl bleibt erhalten.
Serato erlaubt es mir, auch Tracks von Künstlern zu mixen, die nicht auf Vinyl veröffentlicht wurden. Wenn möglich, unterstütze ich die Künstler finanziell für die Verwendung ihrer Stücke. Zudem integriere ich kurze Auszüge aus beeindruckenden Live-Auftritten bekannter Künstler in meine Sets. Dadurch präsentiere ich eine vielfältige Auswahl an Musik, die weit über den Standard hinausgeht.

Info: For almost 30 years, I have been primarily mixing my DJ sets with vinyl. Additionally, I use Serato DJ in conjunction with Timecode-Vinyl. This combination allows me to mix digital music on a turntable, just like with traditional vinyl records. I do not rely on the sync function, ensuring that the mixing remains as precise as with conventional vinyl, preserving the authentic feel.
Serato enables me to mix tracks from artists that have not been released on vinyl. When possible, I financially support the artists for the use of their pieces. Furthermore, I incorporate brief excerpts from impressive live performances by well-known artists into my sets. This results in a diverse selection of music that goes far beyond the standard.
