The North Korean Ambassador to the UK tells an audience at Chatham House that it will launch a rocket this weekend, regardless of the threat of further sanctions. "We have nothing to be afraid of. We will go ahead, definitely. This (sanctions threat) is another provocation, which will make things worse."
