Tuesday, Aug. 13 is the 15th annual Celebrate Youth event at Porter Park in Rexburg. The fun starts at 2 p.m. and goes through 7 p.m. It includes carnival games, bounce houses, a slip n' slide, a Blackhawk helicopter, climbing walls, and more. The best part, it's all free.
