Grizzly bears are slowly recovering in segments of their historic Northern Rockies habitat, Grand Teton National Park is accommodating for more visitors with the better weather, and Elder Gary E. Stevenson, a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, told students during BYU-Idaho's winter commencement last night they can overcome fear and uncertainty with faith and hope.
