Southeastern Idaho Public Health has confirmed that a bat has tested positive for rabies in Power County. Education Association President Layne McInelly is calling for Governor Brad Little to funnel that surplus into education spending. Madison County school district band directors are hosting an "instrument petting zoo" this week at Madison Middle School.
