Latter-day Saint actor, Kirby Heyborne is coming to East Idaho in July, the Idaho State Board of Education has approved a request from the University of Idaho to change the of Kibbie ASUI activity center and the city of Rexburg announced the return of Stone's Toyota freedom celebration for the 4th of July.
