In 2006, Adam founded the 2nd online estate agent, hatched.co.uk, to enter the UK property market and pioneered the online estate agency model that we now see today.

He eventually became the first ‘PropTech’ estate agency disrupter in the world, to be acquired by a major bricks & mortar estate agency group.

He oversaw the organic growth of the business, including all aspects of strategy, marketing, recruitment, tech, training, operations and sales.

He grew the company to having sales & lettings agents all around the UK, along with 40+ office based staff including digital marketing execs, web developers, admin staff & negotiators. WH grew by an average of 40% per year on all KPIs between 2010 and 2014, dealing with over 8,000 customers between 2006 & 2014.

In 2015, I led the company to being the first ever online estate agent in the UK, to be acquired by a 'bricks and mortar' estate agency group - Connells Group - the most successful property services business in the UK. The deal was described by the media at the time, as 'industry defining'.

In July 2017, he took the reigns as COO at easyProperty (part of the easy group, which of course, includes easyJet) to help transform the business from a B2C business, which it had been since 2014, to a B2B2C offering, signing up over 150 licensees, covering more than 400 territories between them, across England & Wales.

Most recently, he was tasked with overseeing the merger of Emoov & Tepilo from an estate agency operations point of view. This job finished in October 2018.
