As we discuss, there are other AVM (Automated Valuation Models - ie put your postcode in to get a valuation) models out there ..its just the issue is not the AVM tool itself but lack of traffic to it. If your website has minimal traffic the AVM tool is useless, simple as and that includes Chris's AVM software Roboval www.roboval.co.uk. However what Chris did to combat the issue was to include facebook integration so that you can use facebook ads to drive leads directly into the AVM tool with no website traffic needed
