In Part I of Chapter 13, Rob and Chris learn about the roots of Islam and it’s founder, Muhammad. Like most modern religions, Islam began with the worship of many idols, the most important of these though was a black space rock. Muhammad grows up as an orphan and gets the opportunity to work on the various caravans coming in and out of Mecca, which is how he eventually meets his sugar mama wife. Since he no longer had to work Muhammad takes some personal time in the hills where he either spoke the angel Gabriel or played games with his imaginary friends. At first Muhammad has some difficulty spreading his new found religion, but eventually he builds a following that upsets everyone else. Some Jews invite Muhammad over for a dinner party and try to poison him with tainted lamb, ruining the dish for Muhammad for the rest of his life.
