Kevmachine is a Chicago-based musician / DJ interested in pairing sound with experience. Time spent working in record stores, as an instrumentalist, and exploring music has developed a unique ear to augment a range of distinct settings. He has a collaborative release on Merganser Recordings, co-guides intimate sound excursions with a focus towards natural environments, and curates mix series (Armchair Safari / OASIS>>) intended for field use and deep listening. A member of the Listening Club, he is continuously inspired by Chicago’s dynamic music community and all the circles he’s been lucky to hold.
