Deo Gratias! Welcome to Oblate's Podcast, brought to you by our very own Fr. Prior Peter Funk OSB, and Dom Brendan Creedan OSB. Every 2nd Sunday of the month we discuss different aspects of the Benedictine Conversatio (way of life) and its practical implications for persons living outside the monastery - those who have chosen to make a formal offering of themselves to the monastery, to promote the community's interests, and live the life of the Gospel as it is reflected in the rule of St. Benedict, are called Oblates. As Benedictines, our emphasis is on the Liturgy - its power to convert hearts and minds to Jesus Christ.
