In May 1996 the Town Crier announced plans for the first Gallery Walk in downtown Brattleboro. Sally Fegley of Tom and Sally’s Handmade Chocolates said, “The idea is to stroll from gallery to gallery. Meet the artists. Enjoy the refreshments and music.
