TF #121: Dial Tone [ＡＲＴS, Interstate Records] - ENG/GER
Dial Tone is a producer / DJ duo based in London and Berlin. After a release on Emmanuel ́s ARTS label, they decided to take things into their own hands by starting their own imprint. They called their baby Interstate Records which aims to provide a vibrant and diverse platform for emerging and established artists within the Techno scene, whilst occasionally touching upon Ambient and other experimental music spheres. All records will be released on vinyl and digital (+ 8 weeks).
While staying a bit in the background of the labels first release (V/A One, out November 17), they will step up with two originals, joined by two massive remixes from Viers (Figure, !K7) and Cadency aka Héctor Oaks (OAKS, Bassiani) on Interstate´s second installment. One of them is featured in the mix besides another unreleased track and more music by the likes of Cleric, Markus Suckut, Tensal and Henning Baer. Enjoy!
