Troy grew up in Sydney, breaking into the local scene in the 80's in his later teenage years making a name for himself in numerous bands including White Trash and Mortal Sin. He relocated to Newcastle in 2010 and continues to play music in The Neptune Power Federation and Buffalo Revisited.
Conversation touches on how Troy got into heavy music, what the Sydney live scene was like in the 80's, changes he has witnessed in the local scenes in Newcastle and Sydney, and touring regional Australia in a thrash metal band in the 90's.
