In this special we speak with Eleanor Frisch who is Of Counsel at Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll a plaintiffs class action law firm. Frisch currently represents plaintiffs in class actions involving their retirement and health benefits. Frisch has also worked in other areas of law including civil rights, wage and hour, consumer protection including claims under the American's with Disabilities' Act (ADA). Frisch also has a disability and is one of the founding board members of the Minnesota Disability Bar Association. This is only the second State Bar Association in the Country for Lawyers with Disabilities.
