Description

Inspired by the movie Toy Story 4 and the character Forky, Paul Jukes talks about the trash thinking that can be a limiting factor in our lives, such as too much focus on ourselves or on ongoing pain, being stuck in the past or being paralysed by fear. Paul gives us four steps to remove limitations and trash thinking, 1. Make a choice, 2. Have a 'can do' attitude, 3. Develop healthy thinking and 4. Put in healthy habits.
