In the series, ‘The Promises of God’, Steffy Hodgson talks about the provision of God. God cannot lie, He knows the end from the beginning, He does not have favourites and His promises are yes and amen. God perceives and experiences our needs before we even realise we have them and provides for us. Steff explains that God wants us to ask, seek Him and acknowledge that we need his help before he steps in. Jehovah Jireh(the name meaning “The Lord will Provide”) will provide when He knows we are ready to receive. A great place to start is to be content and thankful for God’s provision and to practice thankfulness.
