Psalm 42 talks about a deep love that sweeps over us, yet so many of us stay in the shallows because of fear, guilt and shame. We all have insecurities, but it is only Jesus who can fix them. All we need to do is to repent of our wrong thinking and give all of our guilt and shame to Jesus. We need not be rooted in our insecurities but as it says in Ephesians 3, we can be 'rooted and established in love.' May you grasp the fulness of God's love for you!
