Tatjana, founder of Careers with Insight is a local Mental Health Counsellor and a HR & Recruitment professional, who after over a decade of experience in the corporate world, has combined her passion and qualifications in counselling and brought to life her little side hustle, where she helps individuals with either their job search, career coaching and career & individual counselling; focusing on the mental health in the workplaces and beyond.
She aims to assist individuals to find inner strengths, improve self-esteem & confidence and help navigate through various anxieties and challenging situations. Through her podcast series Careers, Mental Health & Beyond, she discusses various case scenarios from real life examples and offers some strategies on how to cope through challenging situations.
