'Connections' celebrates ‘local people & local stories’. The third episode features an interview with local dance commander, Sophie, aka Pohss. Soph began her amazing dance journey on a beach with her headphones on, music pumping seeking escapism, "It allowed me to get out of head, into my bod and activate a space of pure freedom." Sophie's silent discos are now a local institution.
