This week Ilana's special guest is Lisa Gerstman.
Lisa is a Design Manager at ADCO Constructions. A fourth-generation architect, with a solid 15 years of experience working in large and small practices Lisa took a career leap of faith and left the traditional architect role to pursue working for a builder on Design & Construct projects.
Lisa is deeply committed to the creation of liveable, socially equitable spaces. As a member of the Australian Institute of Architects, she had previous involvement with the EmAGN Committee and the RAP Working Group. Lisa was also a juror for the 2016 and 2017 Victorian Architecture Awards in both the sustainable and regional categories. In 2011 she travelled to Nepal with Architects Without Frontiers to complete a water construction project.
