Spontaneity is not only a hallmark of this album predominantly written & recorded on the move, but it is a signature of the touring life of Pseudo Slang, which this song embodies. In the case of “coo comfeee” it was conceived on a rendezvous with videographer Arvid Wuensch at Black Bird Studios who requested we write a one-verser to this pawcut baseline vibefest, so he could shoot a one-take video of the recording performance of it. Then only days later a couple hours away in Dortmund sickeeesick got to share a stage with the mega-talented Nilua, and it was only a some days after that that she graced the unmixed track with her abundantly dope vocal parts. Some months plus 4200 miles later in Chi-town with the album in home-stretch mode, during a smokey sesh with Kai Alexander he was compelled to lace the ivory in his smoov way soon as this cut hit the speakers. If our travels and relationships manifest into artifacts such as this, then staying sedentary seems dumb.
