This is just like social media. It’s like saying facebook isn’t where your audience is without having a facebook account or having ever used the system, yup it's ridiculous.
You have to try something before you can say you don’t like it, and sometimes you just have to put up with it and let it happen, especially when as a business you can't afford to play favourites. I hate selling but I know I'd have no business if I didn't sell.
